Posset

Spirit/Wine + Milk + Sugar + Spices, heated, then stir in whipped egg before serving

A Posset is a milk based hot drink which sometimes also includes eggs. It is often made by heating up ale or wine, along with some milk, sugar, spices, and then stirring in whipped eggs right before serving.

If you were to heat up a “Milk Punch” or “Egg Nog”, they would then be a form of Posset.
