Oh yes. I've got a Polyscience smoke gun coming in the mail with a pint of applewood, a pint of lecithin and some reduced price Angostura ( we just got hit with a huge price increase here) and Fees Gin Aged Orange Bitters. watch this space!

I see San Francisco Bitters Co have altered their website to say that Khoosh Bitters were not in fact imported into the States and therefore not popular in SF... ive yet to see anyone vouch for these products.

I don't know and would like to know more. we have stocked both Club and Biere and I failed to really tell a difference upon casual inspection. I've to tried the expression pictured.

Welcome to the forum. do you have any house drinks that you can share with us? our spring/ summer menu is inspired by Italian and French aperitifs. Cynar, Cocchi, Martini, Aperol, Campari, Maraschino and Lillet all make repeat appearances.

Hard to say. Heering is muuuch more nutty than Marnier. It could work well, or it might overpower. I don't have it to check. Also, Bittermens Chocolate - a great product of course - is more like "Cacao Bitters" and Mozart is a macerate of dark chocolate. They are both super bitter, but Mozart tastes like a very dark Lindt chocolate bar

It's a powdered sage dehydration, to my knowledge. Really powerful and quite bitter. They sprinkle a tiny bit on top as a garnish.
