I picked up a bottle at Bar Lebenstern in Berlin last August but haven't cracked it open yet. Mine seems to be the same black label and 21%. The text on the back (in German and French just seems to be a generic description of "Picon Amer" with no specific info about this particular version Keith.

That is good news! Though I just finally bit the bullet and bought a bunch of bail-top 250 ml bottles and decant anything perishable as soon as I open it. If you fill to the top things keep just as if they had never been opened!
