Like I have previously said I love checking out new menu's from other high end bars around this fine globe. I recently visited NYC for the first time and for the weeks before I left my girlfriend and I were drooling over the drinks selection at Death & Co and when we had our first drink it somehow tasted that little bit better with the sprinkle of weeks of anticipation.
Anyway we at Black Pearl don't have an internet site but I would love to share our latest menu with you to show case what were are doing down here in Melbourne Australia. Our list comprises of only signature drinks and all classics are sold through bartender recommendations and a small specials board. Every bartender that works at Black Pearl has a say on the final menu and every bartender has a few of their drinks on the list. The final list is not released until every member of the team is completely happy. This list was compiled from drinks created by the following bartenders:
Cristiano Beretta, Nathan Beasly, Chris Hysted, Adi Ruiz, James Tait, Evan Stanley and myself Greg Sanderson.
The design of the menu is once again crafted by the talented Mr Hysted; who would have thought he could make drinks and design a menu. Enjoy and please any comments or feedback is more than welcome.
