"Wine is proof that God loves us" - Benjamin Franklin. Adam Bernbach takes over as the bar manager of Washington DC's darling restaurant. Proof is a known as a wine bar and restaurant, but "quietly" stocks over 150 spirits for its bar. Adam takes full advantage of this range, and his house cocktails are notable for their clear flavors, often delicate.
Their website gives you a feel for the place, except that it can be hard to find a seat in the bar area during prime-time.
