Don't let the name fool you. The Strip Club is all about steaks (as in the NY Strip) and the cocktails are amazing. House made bitters, tonic, infusions--original cocktail recipes not to mention good execution on the classics? What more could you ask for? It's in an old brick building along the historic Dayton's bluff area that overlooks the Minnesota capital. There's more than one good reason in St. Paul to visit this "twin" city, it's just that is one of the best reasons.
