Review: Beaker and Flask

Beaker and Flask has rapidly become one of Portland's best bars through their beer, wine and cocktail selections although their food is not to be overlooked. Many were surprised when they opened that they also have some of the best food in town. In 2009, they won the Willamette Week's 'Restaurant of the Year' (reserved for establishments in their first year). The frequently changing cocktail menu always includes an entry from Charles Baker (author of the bar's namesake book) but the real strength of the program is the large, high quality liquor selection and the knowledge, skill and experience of the bartenders.
