Hi Guys..

Very interested to hear what you will be making for this year's celebrations across the pond. Cocktails/Punches or anything wild?

Does anyone have a secret recipe that they bust out for this special occasion?

i am not comming to tales unfortanuly,

but this recipe i am going to make for my birthday,

plenty for twenty

in a teapot:
2 litre hot water
a tea egg full of Darjeeling tea
10 cloves
one lemon sliced
half orange sliced
4 cardamom seeds

"let this brew for 8 minutes"

in a fishbowl:
fill with the strained teapot mixture
500 ml ice water
200 ml honey mede
2 lemons sliced
1 orange sliced
10 cloves
2 cardamom seeds
5 bruised mint twigs
300 ml beefeather gin
and a big chunk of ice 

let this marry for 5 minutes and enjoy.
