I got this interesting dvd about 2 weeks ago.  It is a 2006 Japanese anime about a bartender who can clairvoyantly make the perfect drink for each customer.
A bit sentimental, but they use alot of name brands and have great technique.  Fairly accurate recipes for classic cocktails as well, as well as some innovations (Bijou pousse-cafe style).  I must say I am pleasantly surprised.
Anyone else seen this series?

Yeah, it's pretty interesting.  I picked up the series a year or so ago.  If you like this, I also suggest Cooking Master Boy.

Bartender, in one episode, does the history of the Hemingway Daquiri.  Did he really drink it over shaved ice?  I've only had it neat.
