Hi Im C Kruse from Vt.  I confess to be somewhat of a novice when it comes to cocktails.  I became intrigued when I read Mr. DeGroff's book.  At the moment I am partial to Bourbon and Amaro drinks, I had a memorable one at Mooo in Boston, "Black Mass" I belive containing Bourbon, Amer Pincon and Walnut bitters.  I had a Don Lockwood at Per Se and that was a revelation as well.

Do you mix up cocktails at home, if so, which ones are some of your standards?
