It’s officially Summer, which means lots of fresh fruit and of course sweet summery drinks! Here’s a delicious Watermelon Martini recipe, which is a favorite of mine during the summer months:
Watermelon Martini
· 1 ½ parts ABSOLUT Vodka
· 1 part Hiram Walker Watermelon Schnapps
· 2 parts Cranberry Juice
· 1 Splash Pineapple Juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Enjoy
drinKay, I think you have misread the membership and positioning of the Chanticleer Society. I'm pretty sure nearly 100% of the membership will find this drink unappealing, if not revolting. Surely you can find a more appropriate cocktail featuring Pernod Ricard products to promote here. Preferably without Martini in the name.

Dan, You're so much more polite than I was ready to be.
A quick google search yields the same username posting the same shitty drinks on every booze and food site. Just a shill.
I'll try to save this thread by posting a watermelon drink by Misty Kalkofen that she created while at Green Street:

Fred, "saving" this thread got me thinking about watemelon + anise (Pernod Ricard). Hmmmmm.
mmm, look at all that fresh fruit. Thanks for the recipe.
Lordy, Fred, that does sound good. Now, I wish I had some watermelon...

Try some heirloom varieties of Watermelon. Yellow, orange and even purple fleshed melons exist, they all play subtly (or drastically) with the traditional watermelon flavor.

PURPLE melon?!? Sold...
All joking aside, I made a quite successful Tommy's with an extra .75 oz of Watermelon juice, recently.
Following that, I made a crazy sour with Tequila, Lime, Watermelon, Simple, Benedictive, egg white shaken over a Talisker rinse.
It was fun, because it looked simple and girls, but came out really complex and manly.
I think I also made a young lady a more honest Clover Club twist with watermelon, too.
